The pie chart shows energy consumption in Germany and combines the data: sectors (private households, businesses, etc.), application (what the energy is used for), and energy source (renewable, gas, nuclear, etc.).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cloud shape represents greenhouse gas emissions and breaks them down by source and cause. Where are the hidden CO2 sources, and who causes them? The map of Germany shows the growth in residential and non-residential building space. Each infographic comes with a reading example, so the target audience \u2014 the public, policymakers, NGOs \u2014 can use one example to work out how to read the infographic. We optimize the infographics for both online and print media \u2014 the dena Building Report is published as a printed booklet and as a PDF. In total, the report visualizes more than 500 data points across more than 50 infographics and has already been downloaded more than 20,000 times.
