Working together
How does a project with us work?
It starts with a conversation about the actual question, not a list of services. Strategy and concept follow, then design and production, then roll-out. Around 20 people work at Sapera Studios; every project has a fixed team of strategy, copy, and design that stays involved from start to finish — supplemented with partners where specialist expertise is needed.
Which industries do you work with?
Sapera Studios works mainly in renewable energy and climate protection, science and research, industry and technology, and for the public sector — from ministries and federal agencies to corporations, associations, and start-ups. Clients include Dräger, the Schwarz Group, the World Health Summit, the Federal Foreign Office, the German Energy Agency, the Robert Koch Institute, and Victorinox.
What does a project cost?
That depends on the scope: a design system for a large corporation and a landing page for a single initiative are worlds apart. Sapera Studios works with fixed prices per project phase or with a retainer for ongoing support — in both cases calculated so the cost is clear before the project starts. Send a short description of your project, target audience, and timeframe, and you'll get a concrete quote.
Do you also work in English and outside Berlin?
Yes. Sapera Studios is based on Kastanienallee in Berlin, the team works remotely, and projects span the entire German-speaking region. German and English are both working languages — style guides, websites, and campaigns are produced bilingually whenever needed.
